Making a guarantee to healthy eating is a great start towards a healthier life. Natural diet means the food which is produced or manufactured without involving any chemical. They are extracted from plants and animals. Natural food is free from chemical fertilizers or any preservatives. Because of having such qualities natural diet or food is preferred more by people and that’s why it is easily available throughout the world and people are keen to go with natural products.

Almonds: Almonds are rich in magnesium, iron, vitamin E and fibers that are useful to maintain the cholesterol level and keep you healthy and fit. Almonds help make bones and teeth stronger; it also helps to reduce heart diseases. Take at least 5 nuts on regular basis can provide a well functioning brain because it contains riboflavin nutrients which boost the brain activities.
Mustard oil: Mustard oil is a vegetable oil, which is extracted from mustard seeds. It is very good for health. Mustard oil is beneficial for skin and is often used in aromatherapy treatments which are good for health and skin. It removes the tanning and dark spots from the face. You can prepare the face pack for your face, what you need to do is, just take the ½ tablespoon mustard oil, 1 tablespoon curd and few drops of lemon juice, mix it well. Apply it on your face. Rinse with cold water. Apply this mixture thrice in a day to get effective results.
