It seems natural: You want to lose weight fast, so you do a diet slash-and-burn, eating less and thinking about food more. Boosting metabolism is the holy grail of weight watchers everywhere, but how fast your body burns calories depends on several things. Here is some natural remedy to manage weight-

  • Green Tea: Intake of green tea also helps in reducing weight. It contains which is an antioxidant and which stimulates the fat-burning process in the body. Green tea has long been debated as a weight loss aid, and more research is needed to confirm or deny how well it works. Consume one or two cup tea for weight management.



  • Cinnamon Tea- Blood sugar has a direct impact on your weight as it affects how hungry and how energetic you are (if you have energy you’re much more likely to exercise!). Cinnamon when taken in the form of either powder or sticks will be useful in controlling the cholesterol levels in the body and it lowers the bad cholesterol (LDL) and raises the good cholesterol (HDL) to lose weight.


  • Peppermint tea- Peppermint is a digestive aid that soothes an upset stomach and helps with digestive problems. Dandelion and peppermint tea is a fabulous drink that will help keep your liver healthy. The liver is an incredible organ. It’s fresh, minty, and quite intense, peppermint oil contains menthol which has a calming and cooling effect.



  • Coconut oil- Coconut oil has rich source of saturated fats that helps people those who are overweight. Organic coconut oil, being a saturated fat, was tossed along with the rest of them. It contains a unique combination of fatty acids with powerful effects on metabolism. Alternatively, you can simply eat the coconut oil and let it liquefy in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. You can use coconut oil in your food also to lose your weight.


  • Quinoa - Although a seed, quinoa is considered a grain as it has a fluffy, creamy, slightly grainy texture and a somewhat nutty flavor when cooked. It is loaded with protein, fiber and minerals, but doesn’t contain any gluten. It is super food for weight management.


  • Honey- For digesting food that has sugar, our body digest it uses the vitamins and minerals present in the tissues, so honey is best for weight management. It helps boost and speed up the metabolism which helps the body burn fat. You can mix one table spoon of honey with warm water and consume it once in a day; it helps to manage your healthy weight.
